Ohaus balance serial cable

The Ohaus E14130 balance has a male DB9 serial port on the back panel. However it uses a non-standard pinout. To connect this balance to a computer serial port, a DB9 female-female cable is needed with the following connections. This configuration also defeats the RTS-CTS flow control.
